Cost can vary depending on your insurance coverage, the specifics of your treatment, and how many teeth are involved. To help you plan ahead, we offer a Complimentary Benefit Check before your visit. We’ll confirm any coverage details, deductibles, and estimated out-of-pocket costs—so there are no surprises when it’s time for treatment.
Yes — we offer flexible financing options, including third-party financing provider, to make your dental treatment more affordable and manageable within your budget.
Absolutely! We offer virtual consultations so you can discuss your oral health concerns, explore treatment options, and receive estimates—all from the comfort of your home.
Yes—clear aligners can be just as effective as braces for many mild to moderate cases. They move teeth gradually using custom-made trays, without the need for brackets or wires. However, severe or complex orthodontic issues may require traditional braces.
You can! In fact, many patients apply whitening gel inside the trays, making them double as whitening trays. We’ll guide you on safe whitening options during treatment.
At your first visit, we’ll talk about your smile goals and see if clear aligners are right for you. You can also expect upfront pricing so you know what to expect from the start. No pressure, just the info we need to design your best smile.
A records appointment means we’ll take photos, X-rays, and a 3D scan of your teeth. These records help us create a custom treatment plan just for you. There’s no commitment yet—just gathering everything we need to design your future smile.
Out-of-network means your dentist doesn’t have a set payment deal with your insurance company. You can still go to them, but your insurance might cover less of the cost, so you’ll pay more than you would with an in-network dentist. Sometimes, depending on your plan, your insurance may not pay anything — in that case, you would pay the full amount yourself.
Clear aligners are great for mild to moderate alignment issues. Severe cases may require traditional braces.
Yes, a consultation and x-rays are important first steps. We need to evaluate your bite, gum health, and bone support to create a safe and effective plan for you.
Most cases take about 9 months after the trays are made. Your timeline may vary depending on how complex your case is and how consistently you wear them.
We’ll schedule in-person or virtual check-ins to review progress. In some cases, you may be asked to send photos or scans to ensure your teeth are shifting as planned.
With in-office care, you get a customized plan, real-time check-ins, and dental oversight to protect your gums and jaw. Mail-order options skip those important steps—and can lead to long-term issues.
Clear aligners can fix mild to moderate crowding, spacing, overbites, underbites, and crossbites. If you’re not sure if they’re right for you, we can find out during your consultation.
Clear orthodontic trays, or “aligners,” offer a comfortable and discreet way to straighten teeth. They’re removable for eating and brushing, and custom-made for a precise fit. Aligners allow you to improve your smile without metal brackets or wires, while making it easier to maintain good oral hygiene during treatment.
Clear trays gradually shift your teeth into place by applying gentle pressure. You’ll wear each set of trays for about 1-2 weeks before switching to the next set in the series.
The simple answer is no. This is one of the best benefits of using clear aligners. Unlike conventional braces, you can take off the clear aligner tray whenever you feel like eating.
However, it is advisable to avoid foods that are dark-colored such as wine or coffee as they might stain them. Also, sticky foods that might get stuck between the tray and your teeth are not a good idea. Nonetheless, if you clean your teeth and aligners as directed, your diet should not change.
Checkups are typically every 6-8 weeks to monitor your progress and provide the next sets of aligners.
Attachments are similar to handlebars on a bicycle: They help grab a hold of a tooth to more predictably rotate it into place.
IPR (interproximal reduction) is a great and common way to close spaces filing a small amount (like filing your nails but even less than 1mm typically) without removing teeth to create space or leaving “black triangles” (see video) at the end of treatment by aligning teeth that are naturally shaped without much of a flat surface to keep calculus and plaque from forming between them. This is an added benefit from DIY aligners that our office offers in order to make sure your case tracks well and ends up with great results!
